Warranty Statement

SuperATV warrants to the original purchaser that, for the product and period stated in the table above, the product is free from manufacturing defects (i.e., defects in materials and workmanship and not normal wear-and-tear) under normal use and service. This warranty becomes null and void if the damage is caused by: (i) misuse, abuse or accident; (ii) the attachment of any unauthorized accessory; (iii) alteration of the product; (iv) improper installation, including, but not limited to, use of improper tools; (v) exposure to harsh weather, road debris and other road hazards, and/or chemicals; (vi) lack of proper maintenance; or (vii) unauthorized repairs. This warranty also becomes null and void if the product is opened or any sticker is tampered with, broken, or missing, or if the damage is caused by any other condition that is beyond the control of SuperATV.

IN ALL CASES, SUPERATV SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPE OF INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICUALR PURPOSE AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE EXCLUDED.

BALL JOINTS

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, alteration, neglect, misuse, abuse, or improper use, lack of reasonable or proper maintenance, improper assembly, racing, or commercial use. In no event shall SuperATV be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage resulting from breach of this warranty.This warranty does not cover wear items such as gaskets, seals, boots, bearings, bushings and rotors.

DIFFERENTIALS

When filling gear case use only approved gear lube. Failing to properly fill and maintain lube will void this warranty. SuperATV extends the following limited 18-month warranty. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser. SuperATV warrants this product and its parts (excluding bearings, seals, & gaskets). This warranty is limited to material and/or workmanship defect at the time of shipment from the factory, and in no event shall seller have any liability for consequential damages of any kind resulting from a breach of this warranty. This warranty will be void on all products that show evidence of misapplication, improper installation, abuse, lack of proper maintenance, negligence, or alteration from original design. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties, either expressed or implied, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILTY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Depending on the outcome of the inspection, you may be required to pay a replacement fee for the broken parts (prices may vary depending on parts that need to be replaced). We do our best to get your issues corrected as soon as possible so you can get back out on the trails. If you have product that is outside of warranty coverage or it is determined that product shows evidence of misapplication, improper installation, abuse, lack of proper maintenance, negligence, or alteration from original design. Customer will be notified and we will repair for a $250 fee.

GDP PORTAL GEAR LIFTS

When filling gear box use only 80W-90 gear oil. Using grease will cause failure of gears and bearings. Using grease will void your warranty.SuperATV takes pride keeping your GDP Portal Gear Lift in working order. That’s why we give you, the original purchaser, a lifetime of portal protection contingent on the following conditions. SuperATV warrants this product and its parts (excluding bearings, rotors, seals, & gaskets). Warranty is limited to material and /or workmanship defect at the time of shipment from the factory, and in no event shall seller have any liability or consequential damages of any kind resulting from a breach of this warranty. This warranty will be void on all products that show evidence of misapplication, improper installation, abuse, lack of proper maintenance, negligence, or alteration from original design. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties, either expressed or implied, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILTY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Upon arrival of your warranty parts, we will have them inspected by our technicians to determine if the damage was a manufacturing defect or rider/installation error. The inspection usually takes place 1-2 days after the package arrives. SuperATV will then call you with the results of the inspection. Depending on the outcome of the inspection, you may be required to pay a replacement fee for the broken parts (prices may vary depending on parts that need to be replaced). We do our best to get your issues corrected as soon as possible so you can get back out on the trails. We also match shipping labels for our customers. If you ship the warranty parts to us with an overnight label, we will return the favor and send you the replacements parts on an overnight shipment at no charge.

If you have product that is outside of warranty coverage or it is determined that product shows evidence of misapplication, improper installation, abuse, lack of proper maintenance, negligence, or alteration from original design. Customer will be notified, and we will repair for a $250 fee.

TURN SIGNAL KITS

The warranty does not apply to the following damage to the product caused by: Improper installation, uninstructed modifications to any component of the kit, crash, impact or abuse of product, and/or water entering electrical components. Warranty is to the original purchaser ONLY.

Warranty Procedure

With respect to all SuperATV product categories, as your sole and exclusive remedy SuperATV will replace free of charge any product purchased that, in SuperATV’s reasonable determination, does not comply with the foregoing warranty statement. Should you need to replace any products covered by this warranty, please complete the Warranty Form.

Please note the following:

• This warranty is for the original purchaser only.
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
• Items must be returned for SuperATV’s inspection within 30 days from Warranty Form submission (contact the Returns/Warranty Department if an extension is needed).
• Customer is responsible for shipping item back to SuperATV and is responsible for tracking information. Please keep tracking information available until a SuperATV team member has contacted you.

Replacement Fees

• Rhino Axles - (excluding boots) If axle fails for any reason within 60 days from the date of purchase, SuperATV will ship a replacement axle free of charge. If the axle fails after 60 days but within the first year of the date of purchase, the purchaser must pay a flat $50.00 replacement fee. In all warranty cases, the purchaser must provide SuperATV with proof of purchase and proof of breakage.
• Rhino 2.0 Axles - (excluding boots) If axle fails for any reason within 60 days from the date of purchase, SuperATV will ship a replacement axle free of charge. If the axle fails after 60 days but within the first 18 months of the date of purchase, the purchaser must pay a flat $50.00 replacement fee. In all warranty cases, the purchaser must provide SuperATV with proof of purchase and proof of breakage.
• Phoenix / X300 Axles - (excluding boots) are warrantied to the original purchaser for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. If the axle fails within 3 years from the date of purchase, SuperATV will ship a replacement axle for a flat fee of $100. The axle may be replaced as many times as needed during the original warranty period. Damage resulting from lack of maintenance such as, but not limited to, running for an extended period of time with a damaged boot and/or no grease.
• Prop shafts - If the prop shaft fails for any reason within 60 days from the date of purchase, SuperATV will ship a replacement free of charge. If the failure occurs after 60 days, but within the warranty period, the purchaser must pay a flat $75.00 replacement fee. In all warranty cases, the purchaser must provide SuperATV with proof of purchase and proof of breakage.

Notices
Federal and/or state laws may provide you with other warranties for these products. Some states may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.
