Our Return Policy

General

Super ATV, LLC and its affiliates (“SuperATV”) offer a ninety (90) day return policy for each SuperATV product. Each product returned in accordance with this policy is eligible for a refund as detailed below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, each returned product must be:
  • accompanied by a Return Number (see below for instructions on how to obtain one); note: obtaining a Return Number does not guarantee a replacement or refund;
  • returned within ninety (90) days of your date of purchase; and
  • in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

The following items are exceptions to/exclusions from our return policy:

  • made-to-order products (for example: A-arms with pressed-in ball joints and mounted wheels/tires) may be returned, subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee;
  • special order products (such as hand-held ECU tuners) cannot be returned;
  • all SuperATV Polycarbonate Roofs and Windshields are shipped with a protective film on both sides - if the film is removed from either or both sides, the item is not eligible for return; and
  • if you are unable to ship in original packaging, have made modifications to the item, and/or are missing components, there will be a minimum 30% restocking fee for approved returns.


Refunds

A product returned in accordance with this policy is eligible for a full refund, less any restocking fees and shipping costs (see below). Refunds are generally issued within three (3) business days of the date on which SuperATV receives the returned item and has confirmed that the item return conforms to this policy. Your bank may require additional processing time to reflect the refund in your account once the return is issued. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used, and, if the original payment method is no longer current, a check will be mailed to the original purchaser on file.


Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the costs of shipping items eligible for return, unless an exception is approved by SuperATV Customer Service prior to the return. Please note that original shipping costs for product deliveries are not refundable.

Exceptions

Certain exceptions may be applied to our return policy. For example, should we make a mistake or ship the wrong item, that is on us, no additional fees shall apply. If you’re unsure if your product qualifies for a return, contact our customer service department at 855-743-3427 or email us at sales@superatv.com.

Re-stocking fee Guidelines

  • Made to order parts will have a 30% re-stock fee only if in new, restockable condition.
  • Customers who refuse packages will have a 20% re-stock fee plus $20/package fee to reimburse for shipping charge.
  • If customer returns product for ordering wrong item there is a 25% re-stock fee and could be higher if not restockable.
  • If customer returns an item because they do not want it there is a 25% re-stock fee and could be higher if not restockable.
  • Customer is also responsible for returned shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

The process used to initiate a return will depend on your point of purchase.

If purchased directly from SuperATV (Choose preferred option below)

1. Initiate return using SuperATV.com:

  • a) Go to your My Orders page on SuperATV.com.
  • b) Select the "View Order" on the order you are wanting to return.
  • c) Click on the "Return" icon in the upper right-hand side of page.
  • d) Enter the email address you want the return request confirmation email sent to in the “Contact Email Address” box. This email address can be the same as or different than the email address linked to your account.
  • e) Complete all the drop-down boxes in the “Return Items Information” section and describe the reason for the return in the “Comments” section.
  • f) Once the form is completed, select “Submit.”
  • g) You will receive an email with your Return Number and the return address.
  • h) Please write your Return Number clearly on the shipping label area of the package(s) you are returning. Please note that a Return Number does not always guarantee a replacement or refund of an item.
  • i) Ship back the item(s) to the following address:

2. Initiate return by phone:

  • a) Call our Customer Service Department at 855-743-3427 and press option #1. Please be sure to have an order/invoice number available.
  • b) Please write your Return Number clearly on the shipping label area of the package(s) you are returning. Please note that a Return Number does not always guarantee a replacement or refund of an item.
  • c) Ship back the item(s) to the following address:

If purchased from a SuperATV Authorized Dealer:

Please contact the Dealer to initiate a return and comply with Dealer's return policies.

If purchased from eBay.com:

Please contact the eBay seller to ensure returning your order is necessary. If a return is required, follow the steps below.

  • a) Go to your Amazon orders page and locate the order to be returned.
  • b) Click on the Return or Replace Items icon.
  • c) Select the reason for the return and submit the return request.
  • d) Amazon or the seller will provide next steps for return. If a return number is provided, please write this on the shipping label area.

1. Contact the Amazon seller to ensure returning your order is necessary. If a return is required, follow the steps below.

  • 3. Select the reason for the return and submit your return request.
  • 4. eBay or the seller will provide next steps for return. If a return number is provided, please write this on the shipping label area.
