Your PRO XP’s rack has an end date. No matter what you do, eventually it will loosen up and your steering will get less responsive. That’s why upgrading to SuperATV’s Polaris RZR PRO XP RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion is a no-brainer. We built on the strengths of our original RackBoss to deliver a rack that’s tougher and more durable. Our innovative X24 Tech gives it over 50% less wear than stock. With RackBoss 2.0 installed, you can ride with bigger tires on rougher rides and still stay in control.

Built With X24 Tech
We use our unique X24 Tech to take our durability to the next level. Its dual-bushing design means RackBoss 2.0 uses heavy-duty PTFE bushings at each end of the rack to virtually eliminate internal play. With little unintended internal movement, you can install big lifts and tires while you wheel with a lead foot. And since it also has a built-in grease fitting, you can ride like wild knowing you’ll have reliable steering day after day.

Swaged Tube Tie Rods
Our swaged tube tie rods are super sturdy but lightweight. The 7/8” diameter tubing flares out to boost its strength even more and comes paired with tougher tie rod ends. They have huge 16 mm rack threads and 14 mm rod threads that are the toughest you can get. This kit will keep you in control.

Solid Steel Bar Tie Rods
For a beefy tie rod setup, you want to go with solid steel bar tie rods. They’re made with 1” diameter steel bars that are paired with bigger, better tie rods you’ll love—3/4” outer heim joint tie rods and rebuildable inner tie rods that use 3/4” rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. They’re built for hard hits, big tires, and wild rides.

Polished Billet Aluminum Rods
Our billet aluminum rods are the best of the best. They give you a polished billet finish combined with a tough square design. Not to mention, they’re incredibly strong despite their light weight. We pair them with our oversized tie rod ends that use 3/4” rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. You get the style to stand out and the performance to back it up.

How to Install SuperATV's RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion on the Polaris RZR Pro XP

A rack and pinion install as a few more steps than a lot of installs, but Braden is here to help you out. Our RackBoss 2.0 is one of the toughest on the market and you will love the results once the install is complete. We built on the strengths of our original RackBoss to deliver a rack that’s tougher and more durable. Our innovative X24 Tech gives it over 50% less wear than stock. With RackBoss 2.0 installed, you can ride with bigger tires on rougher rides and still stay in control. 00:27 – Tool list 00:35 – Remove front wheels and tires rom machine 01:00 – Disconnect the tie rod from the steering knuckle on the passenger side of the machine 01:40 – Remove lower A-arm from the rack and pinion from the passenger side of the machine 02:23 – Disconnect the tie rod from the steering knuckle on the driver side of the machine 02:32 – Remove lower A-arm from the rack and pinion from the driver side of the machine 02:40 – Remove the front facia from the machine 03:21 – Remove the front bumper from the machine 03:53 – If you have a winch remove from the machine 04:48 – Remove skid plate from the machine 05:23 – Remove lower A-arms from the machine 06:17 – Remove the frame stiffener on the machine 06:30 – Remove the front frame section 07:47 – Unplug the differential 08:04 – knock the roll pin out of the front prop shaft 08:20 – Remove the rear most differential mounting bolts from the machine 08:44 – Gently flop down he differential 08:55 – Remove the rack and pinion from the machine 10:39 – Confirm the steering wheel is perfectly straight 10:53 – Install the Rack Boss 2.0 to the steering shaft 11:24 – Mount the Rack Boss 2.0 to the machine 12:18 – Make sure the rack is aligned with the steering shaft and the steering wheel is straight 12:35 – Fully bolt the Rack Boss 2.o to the machine 13:29 – Fully tighten the pinch bolt to the Rack Boss 2.0 13:41 – Reattach the sway bar 14:05 – Flip the differential back into position lining up the pinion to the prop shaft 14:51 – Install the roll pin into the prop shaft 15:24 – Fully tighten differential bolts 15:39 – Plug the differential back into the machine 15:57 – Reattach the lower subframe to the machine 17:54 – Fully tighten the lower subframe hardware 18:36 – Reinstall all the previous components you’ve removed 18:51 – Install the tie rod to the Rack Boss 2.0 22:26 – Settle the suspension and set the toe to your machine If you are ready to get your RackBoss 2.0, visit superatv.com... https://www.superatv.com/polaris-rzr-pro-xp-rackboss-2-0-rack-and-pinion
