How to Install SuperATV's Aluminum Roof on the CAN-AM DEFENDER HD10

When it comes to making these super-strong aluminum roofs, we do it all. We CNC laser cut the 1/8” aluminum sheets and use a brake press to bend them in-house. Because of this, we ensure it fits flush to your machine. It’s secured with heavy-duty clamps giving you a rattle free ride. Combine its superior strength and our powder coating finish to this aluminum roof, and you’ll be ready for battle. 00:23 – Tool list 00:27 – Remove all contents and lay them out on a soft surface 00:40 – Apply a foam seal to the bottom of the aluminum roof 01:42 – Install rear brackets to the aluminum roof 03:13 – Apply the rest of the foam seal to the sides of the aluminum roof 04:22 – Apply foam seal to the top cage of the machine 04:47 – Mount the aluminum roof to the machine 05:15 – Loosely install all the hardware to fasten to roof to the machine 08:41 – Fully tighten all the hardware Ready to get yours?
